Who Are we?

We are a British couple (Kevin and Cathy) who moved to Prats de Mollo in 2003.

We decided to set up a traditional brewery in 2012 believing that what the Vallespir needed was a locally-brewed beer! We make our ales in the traditional way using the finest malts, hops and yeast blended with the spring water of the Pyrenees. Our beers are bottle conditioned and are neither pasteurised nor filtered.
